Hi everyone, just got back from Calis and was surprised to see not much happening in the Lighthouse this year, its was buzzing last year.  Anyone know what happened to the owner and manager (a german lady)

Thanks for that, shame Im home would have liked to have seen her, have some great photos from last year.  Tikini changed to Maya this year as well, had some nice evenings in there with good food also

Ate there last week and probably one of the better meals we had, would defo reccommend.

How different we are in tastes and pallette! Two posts in two days about the same restuarant and they are poles apart, one saying one of the best meals they had and one saying really bad meal.  Just goes to show you have to try these places for yourselves :)

dont have the prawn and avocado salad, 4 prawns and a tiny little glass dish ( like the ones you put jam in at hotels for breakfast) of guacamole and a huge pile of lettuce served in a stale bowl shaped poppadom.
When we complained they took it away and put another couple of prawns in but no apology and charged full price of 20 ytl I think it was.
There were 5 of us and most of the food was the worst of the whole holiday, although my daughter said her caesar salad was best she ever had.
So it seems its pot luck depending what you order.
