Another question, why a bar above a restaurant, on the seafront? Wouldn't it make sense to have the bar downstairs and the restaurant upstairs?

Probably partly my mistake Tinkerman. It really was about Lee who worked there. I've changed my original topic name accordingly. I wondered if Farmer ws sugesting if Lee was going to Orient Express and was looking for clarification to his post.

I doubt this clarifies anything, but here goes:

My post on this topic was in response to the post by Mercury,( 11 March, 13.26 )
"Have been told that Bus stop will be above the Orient's new restaurant..Reliable source."

Toky. In reply to your post on 14th March, 22.52. I took it that the owner of the Orient Express, having not mentioned anyone else, was referring to himself. I thought it was self evident.
No mention was made as to who would staff it, or what it would be called

I certainly did not suggest, or mean to suggest that Lee would have any involvement.
Having said that, I do realise this is Calis, and that staff do seem to move from establishment to establishment pretty freely and frequently, so who knows!:D

Sorry to have posted my remarks in the wrong topic Toky.
The problem, when replying to what may seem to be an " Off-Topic "
post,or even part of a post is that it would seem nonsensical to create a new topic just to make the reply. Making the reply in the original topic seems best to me. Otherwise the CBF would have almost as many Topics as posts!:D
Can the moderators perhaps give some guidance on this!

Lee has named his new bar Çinar (Sycamore) Cafe Bar. Good luck to this young man.
