I often wake up to the smell of freshly cooked chips frying for breakfast when I am at my mother in law's. Then I have to patiently sit and wait for them to go cold before we can tuck in. I've got used to it now, and they are actually quite nice smothered in yoghurt. Odd, but nice.

after six days of being spoiled on Turkish home made chips I was really dissapaointed to be served the frozen version, left them and commented to the waiter, hopefully they'll ditch them for the real thing. It was interesting my daughter thought the home made were fantastic... oh and the mash too!!
