Oh I forgot one very important post in my new bar.......The Bouncer. They'd be expected to be chief- chucker- out, keep order in my bar, take no snash from punters who'd partaken of too much falling down water and were cheeky, face up to challangers in a dominant manner and say it like it is.  GORDON............you're hired!!!

Got to be the old post office staff, Maurice(aka Prince) , Alif, Musti and Murat of scarlett fame , sukru( aka sugar), joseph (aka oh yes joseph)and the wild barman brothers. Don't think they ever all worked  together but they made the place !

Legless behind the bar (he wil bel tasked to give short measures)
Lance in charge of entertainment.
Tinx to sort the street dogs?
Highlander as accountant.
SunnyD waiting tables (she will sort out the moaners)
Just a chef required. Any applicants?

Scunner as doorman--as leader of the pck he will bring in the crowds -IE Scunners in town!!!!!!!!!!!!
Highlander as barman -he likes to dance on them so entertainment sorted and  he can choose his barmaids.
Gordon -have to pinch your idea as bouncer but doubling as quality control
Stoop as DJ -you like your bands

No food as it is a fun pub!!!!!
