Fethiye yacht club
« on: July 09, 2013, 21:00:05 PM »
Hi all,
I'm after some info/experiences of dining at the yacht club, I've heard its a bit more up market and a bit more expensive, but worth it for a one off special night
Do you need to book ?
Do they do a pick up/drop off service ?

Thanks,
Chris

There are two "Yachts"  The Yacht Classic (where Daniel Craig stayed when he made Skyfall and filmed on Calis Beach) and the Yacht Boutique.  Both are own by the same company.
We were at the Yacht Classic last month.  It's a lovely place and the dining area out on the marina has great views. We usually book, but you can just turn up. It's a little more expensive and is used by the people who tie up their yachts on the quay. I would say it's worth the little extra you pay. The food is not too expensive, but the bottles of wine are not cheap.   No pick up or drop off service.(They don't need to do that) Taxi return from Calis is between 70-80 Lira.  It's well worth it and we always make a point of eating there.

Thanks for replies, it's the one on the marina I was considering, I think I'll check it out during the daytime and book for the evening

Over the last couple of years we have eaten at the Yacht Boutique, where the food is good. However in May this year we went to the Yacht Classic twice and the food and service on both occasions was excellent  :)

Or do you mean the restaurant on the marina past the Yacht Classic? Called Yengeç I think.
