Part boil the courgettes before dipping in a light water based batter and fry.. ;D
ah! That's how it's done. When I tried the batter was cooked and the courgettes were solid, thanks Fi x

I've wondered the same, it's better than the usual tapenade, also the courgette chips, we love them and tried to make them at home, but they end up to hard and not cooked through. So if anyone has the answers to both questions I would love to know.
I put potato and sweet potato chips in the microwave in a jug with plastic bag over the top and blast them for 3 minutes, drain and put in hot oven on a greased baking sheet for about 15 minutes, turning/shaking them part way thru. Low calorie chips.lol. should work with courgettes
thats to tonight's tea sorted, got sweet potatoes hanging around waiting to be used!!

This is the only pure pomegranate concentrated juice we have found, Nar Eksisi Sour. No additives, sugar vinigar citric acid etc. Very much the same as a pure balsamic. More expensive, but at the moment Bogof at Fethiye Migros just under 12 TL. Great for nar cay. Dips. Make your own salad dressing. Not forgetting your own nar sos sweet or sour. A must to add to yogurt and cumin to marinade chicken lamb or beef not forgetting a tandoori marinade.

The name  is  Nar eksill sos. pomegranite juice
So is the pomegranate juice mixed with olive oil and crushed black olives as Firo mentioned?  It was so delish, especially the olives mixed in -
Do any of the smaller markets sell nar eksill or do I need to go to a bigger one?
No it naturally separates so do not mix

I can't see any reason you couldn't but why bother? I would put the crushed olives on bottom, cover with Nar or Balsamic and then add olive oil with a few scattered dry herbs on top..
