The stuff you can buy in UK is not nearly as good as that made by local ladies and bought in the markets then decanted into water bottles. I always bring some back. Nobody can ever guess that secret ingredient! It's lovely added to lentil soups salads and allsorts.

Thanks Quackers - just managed to find some today in the market next to the taxi rank/dolphin roundabout.  Now safely packed in my case!
