Updating Tapu

Hi all
I have divorced recently and have managed to hold on to my villa in Calis. We separated a couple of years ago and she hasn't wanted to have anything to do with the villa. So for the last couple of years I've been paying her council tax which isn't a problem. Now however I need to take her name off the tapu. She would have no intention of coming over to Turkey so we can't both go down to the tapu office.
Has anyone had any experiance of this or know a way I can get this sorted.

Assuming you are talking cannot she give you a power of attorney through a UK solicitor?You've got to run it round the Embassy and Foreign Office in London to get it validated for Turkey but then there should be no problem
