Hi
I have received detail of the maintenance provision for our apartment and it mentions DASK insurance. It says this is compulsary.
Can anyone help , with details and what this costs for a 2 bed apartment.

Thanks Mike

Yes DASK is compulsory. Try a search and you will find this has been covered many times . Costs are based on a formula and your Tapu value but you will need top up earthquake insurance as the amount of cover is very low.
