Hello

We have a 2 bedroom apartment 10 mins walk from the centre of Calis Beach. The property is new and a good size with approx 20 other appts. We have a shared pool. We are not going on the general rental market as we are only letting to friends. What would be the normal going rate for may to Sept. Very roughly.

Thanks Mike

The average price would be about 250 a week for May-June and 300 a week for July to Sept

Have a look at CalisVilla Mike, it will give you a very good idea of the rates people are asking (and getting).

It's worth remembering that flights to Turkey aren't cheap.  If you want to rent your place to help cover costs then price accordingly.
£300 per week for a family of four for two weeks plus their flights is not a cheap holiday.  There are package deals out there for alot less.

We ask £150 per week to friends and find it helps towards costs and keeps us below the tax threshold as we don't have many friends :(
