Looking for Old Friend from Fethiye

I am trying to connect with an old friend who was an engineering student at the University of Michigan in the early 1960ies named Dincer Akyali.

Yes.  One sister Hidayet lives in Istanbul, but I lost touch with her in 2001.  Other sister is married and don't know last name.  When last I heard from Dincer he was returning to Fethiye to help his mother with the sale of beach-front..beach view...overlook??? property.

I know Dincer Akyali very well.  After leaving Michigan in I think '61 he lived in NYC for some time and returned to Fethiye in '96.  He is about 5'7" or so, good-looking guy with dark hair and dark eyes?

He has a sister Hidayet and another sister and a brother.
