does anyone know the email contact details for the English speaking customer service adviser in Garanti Bank. many many thanks. xx
-
Alper Ekim, is the chap to speak to in the Garanti in the town. Email alpereki@garanti.com.tr (yes the 'm' should be missing) tel 0252 661 0129. Or he is on CBF as banker
-
thank you, I have been trying his email and thought perhaps he had moved on from garanti, will try again . xx
-
Just seen Alper, he is actually on holiday this week, so best not to expect an immediate response
-
Hi. I have emailed Alper but not got a reply. Can anybody offer another contact by email at Garanti? Thanks
-
You don't say when you tried to contact Alper, but the end of this week was a bank holiday. Some of the banks closed Wednesday pm, the remainder Thursday lunchtime, they will reopen tomorrow
-
Hi
Its been 3 weeks since I emailed Alper. Does anybody know if he is still at Garanti or does anybody have a different email contact? Thanks
-
Ayca at Garanti AycaK@garanti.com.tr will reply to your email.
In my experience Ayca will reply the same day or within 24 hours. Also answers the phone and returns phone calls when not immediately available. Other people I have recommended Ayca too have been equally pleased.
-
We spoke to Alper a few months ago and he told us he is now in the Mortgage Department of the Bank. So, perhaps this is why he is not dealing with general enquiries from British customers.
-
I emailed Alper from the mail on this post and he replied immediately to two mails. I should resend it.
-
I had a reply to a mail I sent Alper this morning, so I'd resend as Yoshi suggests.
Or if you already have a Garanti account, try using the contact option from the website - he has always responded to that very promptly in my experience. :)
-
Thank you everyone, I will give it another try
-
Hi I tried Alpec again and Ayca but no replies. If anyone can forward my request for Garanti to contact me I would be eternally grateful. I am in Australia so email is the only way and there are no email addresses on the Garanti Website that I can find. I have a Garanti account but need to re-connect with it on line. If anyone can help I will send you my email address by private message rather than posting it on forum. Cheers
-
Hi Neil if you forward me your email address and I will send a mail and ask him to contact you.
-
Contact Alper direct by email - if you contact him via PM on here he might be replying to the email (which is just a notification of a new CBF PM, you can't reply to it).
He's very good at getting back to customers so that might be why.
-
I used the teelphone number on the web page of my account, top right "contact your representative", when the phone was answered I just said "Alper lutfen" and got straight through.
-
I didn't know his surname was lutfen
-
Oh pleeeease... no more.
