I cannot get into my online banking with nationwide i use same details keeps saying wrong information provided its first time tried it in turkeyany ideas why .im useing turkish key board and i have no i in my details

Other ones to watch out for are the U, S, O, G, & C Lance, there's two of each of those too. Make sure you get the right ones.

Lance do you have a card reader as well you need this to carry out certain transactions
