Changing cash to Euros
« on: July 22, 2011, 16:32:14 PM »
Could anyone with a mathematical brain or expertise cast an opinion as whether it is best to change Lira to Euros or Pounds to Euros or is there nothing really in it? I appreciate how few euros I will get for my money either way though!

If you need to change the £ into lire before changing to euros, you'll lose a wee bit on each transaction, as you'll only get the "sell" rate each time. If you already have the lire probably not much in it

No I won't have to change pounds to Lira first as I can draw Lira straight from my Turkish bank account. I just couldnt work out which conversion would be most advantageous if any lol
