Yankee Candles reduced in price.
« on: February 26, 2012, 09:30:45 AM »
If anyone likes Yankee Candles they have a sale of  them at the moment on Brand Alley. The large one which is normally £19.00 is £11.00.  The postage is £4.95. but this is standard so buy three and it's still £4.95. so you could get together with friends and order.
This offer is only for a few days. The added bonus is there are some fragrances that seem to be American and not on sale in the U.K. ;)

Thanks Jacqui, my favourite candles but I never like to buy them at full price.

Have you tried lily flame candle tins at all?
These are a lot cheaper and better smelling too.

Thanks for the tip, will take a look and probably order some, but I have tried lots of candles and always seem to come back to Yankee, not the cheapest but probably the best.

The present Mrs H prefers these, saying that whilst they do not smell so nice, they do give out a better light in her opinion.

Strangely enough "H" if you have any old tilley lamps they are makng good money at auction at the moment.  I know two people who will buy them. They make more money than any Yankee Candle.
