Title: weather in october

My fiance and I are traveling to Calis beach for a two week holiday at the begining of October. Like all ladies I'm woundering wot to pack and wether I should make the most of the summer sales and buy myself a couple of bikini's. The buring question is wot is the weather like? how hot does it get? will I need to pack shorts or jumpers? Please help :D
