Any thoughts? Last nights game? World Cup prospects? Personally I think we could use a really good striker. Maybe its time to give Andy Caroll another game.

A fair result I thought. As for strikers, what about Bryant and May ?

Stop selecting or rather picking 'first choice' players - particularly where you have friendlies - from the Prem, pull in a few especially the battlers and those with a big heart and team ethos, from less fashionable clubs, even looking at the Championship.  Introducing some real competition, not the automatic selection of the usual suspect.

Alf never looked to always pick the best, he picked the best team, blending to get the right result - and he did!!

They would light up any match. Both are red hot.
