Title: Any Requests?
Post by: sandgrounder on March 19, 2016, 18:16:55 PM
As some of you may know, my good lady and myself have a radio show every Saturday at www.mightysouthport.co.uk (http://www.mightysouthport.co.uk) We produce the show ourselves and play a very diverse mixture of music. Sometimes we struggle to think of some of the great music produced and we are now asking our listeners to choose some for us. We play 2 tracks from 60's at 11am, 2 from the 70's at noon and 2 from the 80's at 1pm. If you want to hear your favourites from please let us know on here or email us at russandsheila@mightysouthport.co.uk We are also looking for the greatest classic albums of all time. We want you to choose the album and your 3 favourite tracks from that album.

Looking forward to all the suggestions and we'll give you all a shout out etc  :D

Singing the Blues by Tommy Steele would be good and bring back happy memories.

Why not have a themed selection or from one particular artist eg Rolling Stones 60s Sympathy for the Devil,Satisfaction .70s Miss You,Beast of Burden. 80s Undercover of the Night ,Emotional Rescue.
Classic album Exile on Main Street, stand out tracks,Let it Loose,Happy and Tumbling Dice.
