Woohoo!! 1.1mbps at the moment. Normally we get 0.6mbps.

WW, what reasons do they give you, I call TTNET constantly and the reasons I get seem to be read off a standard list ie; 1) because I'm a long way from the exchange box, 2) it's a cable problem that they will look at but they don't have any cable at the moment, 3) it's the DNS settings on my computer, 4) it's my modem, these must be on my account notes because they seem to rotate each time I call, with a rogue one thrown in occasionally when I tell them it's their problem & not mine.
What also annoys me also that they are very good at taking payment and then trying to blame me for the lack of performance!
I am paying for an 8mbps unlimited package and normally getting less than 10% of that, I wonder if I can get a refund of 90% of what I have already paid them?

Phew,  glad its not just us then in Uzumlu, we ring so often when they look at our account we get "Oh is it still a problem". It will be a problem until they sort it out for us.  On a good day we get 0.27 on a very good day we can go up to 0.87 for five minutes.  Weve come to the conclusion living up here you can have water ......some days, internet...... rarely, and some days electricity all day but never all three at once. The joys of country life.!!!
