What else would you expect when you see where the police recruit from?

This government has enforced its political dogma on police recruitment.One of my sons had a placement lined up to join the force but it was withdrawn at the last minute.He was told they had been ordered to recruit a large number from the Ethnic Minorities instead,The best applicants did'nt get the placements,the people from New Labours 'prefered backgrounds'did.!!He was told to re-apply the following year.He did'nt bother.!!One poor guy in the news recently was recruited because he was disabled.!.For the last six years he has'nt been able to go out on patrol,he has to be kept in the station.He is now taking his case to a tribunal.Common sense says he should have been recruited,if suitable,as a valued civilian worker in the force.And who,do you think,will pick up the bill for this   shambles??.Total Utter Madness.(rant over).

8 month referral order!!!!! her solicitor says the amount is wholy unjustified!!!! they should lock her up and throw the key away, it makes my blood boil.

On a similar note, my mates daughter was refused a course in computers because she never fell in to a needy category,
