Gurkha insult.

Once again our grateful Government has shown how much they appreciate people that are willing to die for this country, (no,not mandelson.).They've put up a set of barriers that most Gurkhas cant get over,in order to prevent them living here after service,I think their legal team should advise them to enter the country as illegal immigrants or bogus asylum seekers or hi'jack a load of planes in Afghanistan and fly them into Stanstead Airport. They would be well looked after then. What a sodding insult.!:-\:-\:-\

I am immensly proud to have served almost 24 years with the army, and prouder still to have served with the Gurkhas for part of that time, it is indeed a screaming scandal that you can fight for this country, you can be wounded and maimed for this country, good grief the government will even let you die for this country, but live here, not likely.  Gurkhas are grafters, good honest hard working grafters, you wont see them clogging up the benefits office.  Most of them are better than a large sections of our society, it is indeed a disgrace at their treatment.
