n) Solve the problem of the dishwasher being proud of the other kitchen units by unplugging it from the socket directly behind said dishwasher.  Result - Dishwasher flush with rest of units but does not work'cos its disconnected from the wall!

o) come to replace a door, break key to a different door, get other key stuck in new door, generally leave new door so that it fits where it touches, don't put any sealant where it meets the wall, leave all the rubbish in the driveway - dont get paid by landlord for doing rubbish job, dont come back to fix it, leave interior of door unstained and leave tenant wondering whether to just do it herself

p) Assume that any roof terrace drainage pipe only becomes one once building is completed. Until such time, it is a handy place to sweep old ceramic tile pieces and general building rubble into, instantly removing the need to carry it downstairs in this heat.

and following on nicely...

q. consider the newly installed kitchen wall units a handy place to store (read as hide and forget) all the old building debris, solid chunks of concrete, left over pieces of electric wiring and any mountains of dust that have accumulated over the entire build

Install a few kitchen base/wall units in a bodrum(earthquake shelter,
a legal requirement)then remove them after site is handed over so they can be reused on another Lemon complex

s. omit to actually fit the shelves in the kitchen corner (where you can not see) wall units  so that when you place the rarely used but much treasured fragile deco dessert bowls onto the empty space they come crashing down and smash into smithereens adding to the by now growing pile of builders waste :D

t) You ask for a certain number of electric sockets in the kitchen, the builder agrees to the request.  The house/kitchen is complete but no sockets, where are they.  The builder then shows you all of them as requested, 2 ft off the ground inside all the units! Cuppa anyone?  I will just go into the cupboard to switch on the kettle!

u) deliver your furniture for your new (but upstairs) apartment via the front balcony, leaving horrendous scratches on the nice new balcony!
