Started in Cleveleys near Blackpool in the 80`s I think

2 brothers started the business - B&M stands for Bargain Madness - they took over a number of Woolworth's sites last year to spread their empire and are now (I believe) opening in France - a good way to spend a happy hour and a fiver and come out with a big bag full of quality merchandise
