Tough Young Teachers
« on: January 17, 2014, 15:44:35 PM »
Watched a bit of "Tough Young Teachers" last night and ended up screaming at the TV (as you do)  Some of those kids were unbelievable and who got the blame-  why, the poor teacher of course for not being able to control them!!  One little sod, on being reprimanded for not showing respect,  suggested he was his teacher's equal.  And there lies the problem - kids are allowed far too many 'rights' before they are old enough to understand them.

Here here, my daughter is a primary school teacher. She refuses to stand for any nonesence, when she
First qualified she rang me crying saying I have changed from Miss Honey to Miss Trunchbull by playtime.
I have no idea where she gets her patience from.

New Labour set up a programme to teach kids their rights,  but not one to teach them their responsibility's,
plus if the kids don't do as they are told at home why should they bother at school.?
