Title: Starting plants from seed.

I recently sowed pepper and tomato seeds,to bring them on early in a heated greenhouse.Tomatoes germinated OK.The instructions for the peppers were followed and gave me problems with the seed husk refusing to fall off and let the seedlings develop.Trying to sort it out now using tissue paper soaked in water and wrapping around seedlings.I do remember now,being told to soak peppers in water before planting,but these instructions were not on the packet.Maybe too late now but still time to catch up.  :)
