Is it under new ownership since it was called Beach House, George?

Thanks - I gave the Beach House a wide berth due to their pumping up the volume antics at the 3C charity auction.

You may be interested to know that since Tarik and Abu have taken over the Beach House (now renamed Summer Breeze) they have become keen supporters of the 3C's charity and will be hosting the New Year's Day splash on behalf of 3C's I believe

New boy arrived - tried this restaurant first evening. Lovely setting, pretty decent food, fair price. Service - well, afraid they seemed more interested in the clients they were trying to tempt in rather than the ones they'd already got !
Anybody eating out out in the next few days who can put up with a stranger in their midst ? Sorry - cheeky to ask !
Anyone play bowls, by the way ? Had an hour on the rink at Oykun from 4pm. Too hot for longer. Would happily give someone a match, or join in with the club who apparently play on Thursday and Friday evening.
Will put up more restaurant thoughts.         Clive.

Clive start a new thread and I'm sure people will gladly meet you for a game of bowls or a meal out
Not everyone reads the restaurant reviews

Thanks, Anne! Was just a thought in passing. Quite happy on my own, and no wish to inconvenience people !
Am enjoying the place, and since I do look for 'warmer climes' to play a bit of bowls,  I may well look to come back at some slightly cooler time, in which case I'll try an 'advance' thread to see if anyone's around and feeling sociable.
Best. Clive.
