Title: Ekomer gastroloji clinic
Post by: kayakebab on April 26, 2013, 10:22:50 AM
I have had an endoscopy today at the Ekomer gastrology clinic on the Migros road.

Can't rave about how wonderful it was, actually it was horrid, but posting for anyone without SGK who might need it done in the future.

The Esnaf told me it would be 500tl, at Ekomer I paid only 200tl ( procedure not available at the Devlet)
I rang for an appointment yesterday afternoon and was seen at 9am this morning.

Very pleasant Doctor, and a translator, although didnt really need him as the Doctors English was very good.
They also have a cardiology clinic in the same building

Hi Angela
Just a throat numbing spray. Someone on FB told me they had it done at the Esnaf and they didnt have a sedative either.
I wasn't given the option, but if I had it done again I think I would ask for a sedative.
