looking for work!!

Hey everyone hope all is well. i have moved out to fethiye a month now and looking for work. i was born in turkey and raised in the uk so i am very fluent in both languages. i just dont really know where to start from even though i lived here in 2004-2006 and was working but back then things just seem to happen but now im lost  :)

can anyone help  :)

PS: im still helping out at canikom kofte but only helping till i can find a job :)

I would suggest that you read the topics on residencey. work permits etc.  U can use the search facility. This has been covered loads of times. I would strongly advise you not to come unless you can support yourself for a few months until you get a work permit. x

And quite probably a Turkish kimlik holder so no need for a work permit  :)

In the offices of the Fethiye Belediye above Migros in the town centre, entrance around the right hand side as you face the front of Migros.

There is a human resources dept. in the entrance on the right. There are a couple of staffed tables and you can take your CV there with details of your experience etc.

Employers also go there to look for staff and leave details of what the job is and the staff try to match up people to jobs and will ring you if something becomes available.

There are lots of restaurants all looking for English speaking waiters - join the club they told Doğan when he went earlier this year   ;)
