The Flu
Now get your mind out of the gutter and go get your flu jab!

had my flu in oct still have the flu for over a week

Well if it ain't broke don't fix it? I've heard of many people who never suffered with flu but now get it after the jab? Just makes me wary.

The jab doesn't give you flu - it's not a live vaccine.

I've had the jab for the last three years with no after effects and no flu.

The present Mrs H had a violent reaction akin to the last time I suggested we have "an early night" after receiving her flu jag this year.

Didn't feel at all well - but enough about me

A cup of sage  tea each morning through the winter and a Theraflu tablet at the first sign of a runny nose = no colds or flu for me.
A daily drink of honey and fresh lemon works for 'er indoors
