I have been trying, but to no avail, to gain access online to my account with Finansbank for the last few days, it just says "the system is not available at the moment. Please try again" has anybody else had this problem?
I have also tried to call the 0850 number provided, but I am informed by a recorded reply that the number doesn't exist!
Can anyone throw some light on this please?

Works fine for me.
Regarding the helpline number, going by the IP address you just posted from, you're in the UK. Try 0090 212 222 0900. 0850 numbers are country specific, as in the Turkish one wont work in the UK.

I have also been having problems with the translate function, can access account ok but don't know how to go further as not in English
