Please can someone enlighten me. We have bank accounts with Garanti and Finansbank. The Garanti account we have had for a few years and have used the website to keep a track of our money whilst here in the UK and have been able to print off proper statements and see clearly our interest stated together with the percentage and dates etc. In January we transferred some of our money to Finansbank and, when we got back to UK activated our internet banking with them. We have no problems logging in etc. but we cannot seem to call up proper statements or see dates/percentage of interest added. I have clicked on accounts, history and summary but still cannot understand why we cannot see the information we require. Before we telephone the bank from the UK can anyone enlighten me as to what I need to click on to view the info? Many thanks in advance.
