What do I look for on the bottle to find hair conditioner?

They say various things. Usually Kremasi. Now, this isn't being sarcastic, but if it doesn't say Sampuan (Shampoo) then we assume it's some sort of conditioner. The colourants usually have a particular colour mentioned on them.

why have you both got a downer on Linda1953.  I have noticed on all your recent posts that you are having a go at her.  OK, she may have different standards or lifestyle to you but that is no reason to have a go.  Just my humble thoughts and not wanting to cause offence - just speaking as I see it

At the risk of offending you I would suggest that by now you should have been able to sort out the shops that have some English speaking members of staff. I would suggest you simply go and ask for some conditioner.
