Fergie retires. Moyse the favourite. I predict many defectors to City and Chelsea. After all 90% are glory hunters are they not?
-
yes.
-
Unless they get Jose!
-
Every dog has its day, they've had theirs.......Bluemoon Rising.
-
And Jose is not going to work under him is he? He's Chelsea bound and might take Ronaldo with him as well.
The money is on Moyse.
-
I think maybe the Borrusia Dortmund guy, or Guardiola. Outside bet, Solksjaer
-
Moyes my guess.
-
Isn't Guardiola already signed up for Bayern Munich Scunner?
Find it hard to see how they would go for someone who has been at a club for ages and not won anything as with Moyes and no European experience.
The owners have to consider the ongoing financial inplications of a new manager as for the Glazers this is purely an investment and nothing more. Having said this it will interesting to see who goes there.
Jose for the Blues I hope.

In the world of football does that mean anything?
-
All honourable in football, shake of the hand and all that ;) ;) Eventhe agents are like saints :D

If it David Moyes is the new Manchester United manager, I wish him well.
One of the good guys in my opinion.
-
True H but I won't wish him well at that club if you don't mind ;)
-
What about us at Everton. Don't we get a say, everyone assuming Moyes has already signed, do you not think there may be some loyalty in football at all. I will be sad to see David Moyes go, but he has been a loyal member of the Everton family and if he does leave can only wish him well. But well annoyed that it's being talked about as if it is a forgone conclusion. Nothing has been said about a new manager yet, leave David Moyes alone.
-
He's been to speak to his chairman in London tonight according to Sky sources. He' about 1/8 on with the bookies. I think it's pretty much nailed on and to be honest what manager in his right mind would turn it down?
I'm sure Everton will survive without him and maybe even get a manager who will win them something.
-
A Raffle??
-
Rafa could be a good choice actually.
-
Sorry Stoop do you believe everything you hear in the media. He probably will go, but let them make the announcement before it's talked about like it's a done deal. As for any manager would take the job, the fans from Merseyside could have something else to say about that. No love lost with United and Merseyside.
-
Hope you're talking about United Stoop. Not acceptable for Everton. There is history with that man, but United are welcome to him,
-
160606. - no I don't but then again I don't bury my head in the sand either.
-
No - Everton. History or not I think he could be good for them.
-
Not buried just loyal Everton fan Stoop, and you obviously don't know his history while he was manager at Liverpool.
-
Well he's expected to be unveiled as early as this afternoon. Bookies suspended betting and rumours have him at the training ground (Manu that is) this morning.
He might be loyal but he's not a fool. Everton or Manu ? Mmmmm let me think.
-
Best bet for Everton might be Neville. Knows the club but a big ask for his first job.
Plenty of managers will want it I'm sure.
-
Actually it's not quite nailed on - you can still get 1/19 on him being the next Manager of Manu with one firm and 1/33 on him with another.
Everyone else has suspended betting.
-
If we're speculating I'd go for Laudrup :)
-
I'm not bad at this am I

No loyalty eh ;)
-
Good luck to David Moyes he deserves his big chance, and it is good to see a big club taking a chance with a British manager rather than one or other of the usual suspects on the big club merry go round!
Now any chance that Wenger will follow Fergie into retirement some time very soon!!
-
Since we don't have a National UK Football team can we refer to Sir Alex and his successor as Scottish ;).
Thank you.
-
Says it all really ;)

Just seen a few MCFC jibes on FB about the Moyes appointment. Shows some inane comments and City players laughing their socks off :-[ If memory serves me right Moyes knows how to beat City at Everton with his arms tied behind his back ;) Time will tell ;D

I guess this years visit to the swamp was another one off too. 1-2 as I remember Agueroooooooooooooooooooooo!
-
Yes true, and Frank Bruno landed a belter on Mike Tyson on his way to defeat :D
-
Who ran away with the premiership Tiggsy ? ;D
-
Premiership was bought with RVP. Everyone knows that. ;) Oh and by the way. Seasons not yet over. Rags are 10 points clear, and could end up winning it by 4 points. Oh the shear arrogance. :-X
-
Man City fan talking about buying the Premiership - I've heard it all now :)
-
How else can it possibly be won?
-
Very true these days. Makes your argument a bit toothless though :)
Premiership was bought with RVP.
-
I am glad that you agree.
-
You are even worse than sandgrounder,Tiggsy : :)(sorry Russ )
-
I am glad that you agree.
Man City got a super rich sugar daddy and bought a squad that won the Premiership. It is impossible to disagree that money can buy the Premiership.
-
Cant even buy a cup now Tiggs, :o well done Wigan. ;D

But it can't buy the FA cup :) Taxi for Tiggsy...
