"FaceBook" Scam
« on: September 17, 2007, 23:43:18 PM »

Over the months I have received an invite from "Facebook" "Ringo" stating that friends have added me to the list.

I am not one for all this bull, if I need a search on people there are many other avenues to search.

Facebook request details and the warning should ring when the system asks for email address then your email PASSWORD!   look at the address PaloAlto USA, one of the biggest on the web for spamming.

try googling Facebook Scams (the following is just one)
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2007/07/03/nface103.xml

If you have this invite BIN IT. then inform the person who sent it to you to change their passwords.
