Problem logging on/changing pages.

Around a week ago I started having a problem logging onto the site.
It took an unusually long time to progress through the stages,each one freezing for around 2 to 5 minutes.
Once on,it would operate normally for up to 10 minutes then freeze again as I changed page.
This does not happen on any other web site I use.
Any suggestions[?]

I wish it was that Puma.
However,this morning everthing is working normally with no delays or freezing.
I really should not touch anything more complicated than an on/off switch.
