What do you all think about sunny palm beach doing Thai food..?

I wouldn't specifically look for Thai food - I don't mind what it is as long as the place is clean and comfortable, service good and reasonably priced.  :D

Hi there...I'm a bit confused.

Are you asking CBF readers what you should have on your menu? I love authentic Thai but I would have thought it would make sense to serve the food that reflects your chef's skill set, really.

If you have Thai or Thai-trained chefs, then count me in, otherwise serve what you know and can excel at...that's what will bring in the punters (and no "heat and eat" please!).

All depends if you can get the right ingredients. I know that Thai sweet basil is not very common in turkey .
Also green papaya and Thai eggplants . You can grow kaffa lime etc . But unless you use the right ingredients it will not taste correct . And no point in cooking food people do not like

Thankyou for all your answers. I was only asking because i would like to do night with thai food. My chef knows how to do thai food. We Will let you all know more when we do
