Yes I am looking for sympathy
« on: March 05, 2011, 12:28:11 PM »
I sit here as a man brought down low by the flu and chest infection, doubled in misery as I am too rough to use my ticket for the Arsenal vs Sunderland game this afternoon.  Indeed, I was making a big day out of it, as I have also got tickets for Alan Acykbourne play at the the National Theatre.  So my daughter benefits from the football ticket, and the mother in-law benefits from the theatre ticket.  So all the family are set for a great day out in London, except me:(

So they have all buggered off and left me to wallow in my depths of ill  health and self pity.  And to make matters worse unless I make a good recovery my ticket for next week's away FA Cup clash at Old Trafford against the Manure is also at risk....oh woh is me:-\

So I reckon I deserve some sympathy from members of the Forum ... probably not from Spud supporters ..... wot do you think?

Boring nil nil draw (according to Sky Sports) so you were probably better off at home anyway!
