Well done to Team GB again standing second in the Paralympics medal table at the moment.

16 Golds
11 Silver
7 Bronze

I feel a little guilty for having enthused over the able bodied sportsmens abilities but having slightly missed this going on.

Way to go Team GB:D:D

The next time someone tells me to get on my bike I will treat it as a complement.  ;)

I worked with a girl who had a learning disability.  She required a lot of assistance for daily living but managed to bring home a Gold for swimming.  It is great to see them achieving in sport when they have problems in other areas.  She was also a great skier, had scuba dived at Sharm on holiday with her parents and is a lovely singer.
