Cahide cafe bar
« on: September 17, 2015, 16:28:45 PM »
Popped into the Cahide on baris manco as our previous 'local' was no more something to do with rent hotel on the premises wanted, anyway the Cahide is great for drinks if you're up by the Shanghai blues on baris manco, friendly staff great priced drinks, not a great food menu but a nice change, also seen that the 3 reviews on trip advisor all positive.

We pass this place every day, never been in.  I think we will have to amend that, thanks for the info.  :)

So glad someone has posted this topic. Cahide  is a lovely little place. We made it our local last year as its only a short walk away for us. Good prices and run by a smashing couple who can't do enough for you. Lots of free nibbles as well. They really do deserve a helping hand, so if you haven't tried it yet,do it, you won't be disappointed.  ;)

Our nearest drinking hole & they were great to the wife tonight who was suffering with cold/runny nose, made lemon honey/ginger tea thingy & gave us some to take back, last day tomorrow until next year but will defiantly use the cahide again.

We popped in today on our way back from Fethiye.  A few guys watching the Aresnal v Chelsea match.  Lovely welcome by the owner, who seemed a very nice man, had a chat to him.  Good measure of Gin, in fact, big measure of gin, also some peanuts.
We were impressed and we have decided to go over for breakfast one morning as it sounds good. Thanks for the recommendation.  Always good to find a new place.

Sorry a bit off topic but Jacqui you must go to Kirk Pinar for Turkish breakfast.  It's the best I've had anywhere in Turkey.

Will also be giving this new place a try when we're over.  Anywhere a short stroll from our place is always welcome
