Anyone know the exchange rate at the end of this week.

if I could predict the exchange rate at the end of *any* week I wouldn't have had to drive to Porto to buy a decent LBV.

The VISA exchange rate for ATM cash withdrawal and purchases made on 19 December was 3.60 (assuming banks settled the next day, as is usual). If you have a card that penalizes you for using it abroad you have to subtract whatever fee your rubbish bank charges you.

NOTE: "Rubbish" banks may be very good for your needs in the UK and only rubbish for using their services abroad.
