Can anyone tell if the form thats filled in by the Muhtar for the residency is supplied by him or do you have to download it.
I only did this just over two years ago and I can't for the life of me remember now.
Just wish I'd photocopied it now but unfortunately it went to the passport police and they kept it .

Really ? I seem to remember downloading it from somewhere but thanks if will ask in town next time i go.

As i recall, i only went to the Muhtar once and that was to register being in the area and he provided the forms.

The Muhtar has the forms you need and if you have already registered at the office in Fethiye they will already have your details. And, you can use your form you get from the office in Fethiye at the Passport Office to renew your residency.

I think you get your form from the passport police, go to the Muhtar, with your photos.
Tell him your address show him passport,and residency, he will do the rest, pay him,
He will get a photo copy and that's it,

Sorry, just remembered, it's rental agreements from stationers.
