Title: new residency card payment

I am just doing my residency renewal. I have been to the passport police and on the form it says 80 dollars for 1 year. Does this include the 55 lira for the new card, or is that extra.

No, the 55TL for the card is extra. The $80 will be charged in TL at the exchange rate "on the day".
