Title: direct debit water bill ?

we have the water bills automatically taken out of the bank , but nothing has been taken out since last october , could this be because we havent used much as we arent resident ? thanks

They don't take anything if below a certain amount. But if you've used and think you owe then contact them so you are upto date.

You can always check and pay online at :

https://odeme.muski.gov.tr/

If you are registered then your tax number will do. If not you can put in your Sicil Numarasi which you can get on the top left of your e-receipt.
