How much will the rent increase be? You can see the table below.

There is a section on the rate of increase in the rental agreements. Generally ÜFE is written there. ÜFE means increase in producer price index.

Some of the lease contracts can write TÜFE. This means an increase in the Consumer price index.

You can see the figures on the table attached for ÜFE.
 
Example; if your rent fills 12 months in November, 12-month backward inflation is 25.52% as seen in the table. If your rent is 1000 Lira, on new annual term increase by paying 1255.2 Lira of rent is required.
