Thought it was worth sharing this as people often ask for recommendations for trustworthy estate agents.
No matter who you choose, they now need to have an office, competency certificate and meet a whole host of criteria.

That will scupper a few people who have made a buck or two acting as an agent for renting or selling properties.  GREAT news.
