Does anyone know if the Turkcell Vinn top up
pricing structure on their packages is the same
regardless if you are a resident or a tourist ?

Hello imperialwizard, yes the price is the same for resident and tourist, we have had one for 7 years and each time we go over there ( 6 times a year) we always buy a package, and it is always a very good price. 8)

I don't think you get interest on the $€£ , so I shouldnt think you pay tax on it..i,mo.

Thanks..reason I asked for years we paid 99Tl for 8gb/
3 months..our last visit we paid 105 tl for 8gb/1 month.
Didn’t realise this till we checked usage and expiry date
during our recent visit😞.

But is it possible for a Vinn to be registered to a tourist as distinct from a resident in line with the new regulations if the tourist does not have a residency / kimlik?
