Title: Name of crumbly cheese please

What is the name of the crumbly cheese in Turkey please looks a little like scrambled egg, and can you buy in shops or does it have to be from a cheese seller? Thanks as always   :)

Maybe Lor. Can buy in shops at at cheese stalls in markets

Thank you soo much for all replies and photo Cenk much appreciated...I think the one I have been craving since having it in a restaurant was a wee bit more yellow, that’s if it comes any darker if not it must be this one   :)

Or maybe this one. It is a kind of Tulum cheese. Generally served in kebab restaurants with puffy bread and butter. It look similar to Lor but very different taste. Maybe the cheese stalls in market are selling it. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200821/929dda47d153701355b5323c30863100.jpg)
