Don't know if you are all aware that if you have a "Rentals Agreement" with Nicholas, the new contract that they sent out for you to sign has a new charge imposed on ALL bookings of £15 per booking to cover an inventory check on your property. This applies even if you are using the property for yourself!
I did not see this new addition to the contract before I signed. I went to book my property for my own use in December and have just been charged £15 to stay in my own place!!!!
I have sent Nicholas an email to question this charge.
If all Nicholas owners who have a rental agreement, please do challenge this charge, they will have to introduce a fairer system to check properties after "paying" guests have stayed there.
