Hi all, we origonally bought our villa to use just for ourselves and family,but last year it was only used 4 weeks out of the full season, which is such a shame, and with the interest rates rising we really have no alternative but to rent it out if we can, only for about 4weekks in the summer season our turkish neighbour who we share a pool with, along with another property, lives in germany. he is retired and spends the full summer in his villa, my sister stayed at our villa last summer which he wasn't very happy about, we each pay a third to the pool/garden maintanance, if we did rent it outI think he is the type of person who would inform someone ie tax people, just to be ready for this how much would we owe them, thanks all,Bee. ps have a great chrimbo!
