Apologies if this is the wrong section. Could anyone tell me the different ADSL rates and what download this gives you. Did a search but couldn't find anything. Many thanks.

The Turkish Govt has today announced that they plan to reduce, yes reduce,KDV on internet bills to 5%. This will take a bit of time as it has to be passed by parliament.
